This is fitness you don’t know—the surprise behind the strong physique. At Redbud CrossFit, the heart of our high-intensity program is a gentle support system that puts your comfort first. We not only spotlight strength and conditioning, but also your happiness and encouragement.


Our Oklahoma City Fitness program is for all ages and fitness levels. CrossFit incorporates high intensity training and weightlifting to meet your fitness goals. High-Intensity training is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. Our Weightlifting is a key component to our strength and conditioning program.

This program includes the breakdown and progression work on the two lifts, Snatch and Clean & Jerk. Each athlete will learn all variations of these two dynamic lifts from a knowledgeable and experienced coach to ensure safe and proper growth. One of the benefits of CrossFit is being able to scale any workout down to a level that is manageable for each individual.  Your workout has the potential to be as difficult or modified as you need to fit your journey.  This type of fitness improves strengthening, flexibility, and cardio to give you a full body workout.


Loving CrossFit and want to kick it up a notch? At Redbud CrossFit we try to fulfil everyone’s needs through their fitness journey. Some people enjoy the comradery and competitiveness that CrossFit has to offer.

Through our SugarWOD Mayhem fitness programming we have additional workouts specific to competitors to take your training to the next level. Competing can seem intimidating and at Redbud we want to encourage every athlete to push themselves to their highest potential.  Some of our athletes need the goal of a competition to really take them to the next level.

The beauty of CrossFit is that you can compete on different platforms. They have competitions for beginners, scaled, RX, and masters for older age groups.  Even if you’re not ready to compete, the community support surrounding competition is an amazing experience.  If you’re interested in training for a competition, let one of our coaches know.  We can meet you where you’re at and give you the tools to get to the level you desire.


Dial in your fitness by way of wholesome, fuel-focused nutrition. We’ve created a fine-tuned nutrition program, powered by Working Against Gravity (WAG), to ensure that every minute you spend in the gym pays off — mentally and physically.

Have you ever heard “abs are made in the kitchen”? It’s true! You can’t outwork a bad diet.  Exercise will take you part of the way but WHAT you eat is just as important as how much you eat.  Our nutrition coaching is a non-restrictive way to dial in on what to eat.  We utilize macro counting through MyFitnessPal and have been successful in assisting our athletes achieve their goals.  Diets can be restrictive and discouraging with only short-term results.
