Our Oklahoma City Fitness program is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods.
Our Weightlifting is a key component to our strength and conditioning program. This program includes the breakdown and progression work on the two lifts, Snatch and Clean & Jerk. Each athlete will learn all variations of these two dynamic lifts from a knowledgeable and experienced coach to ensure safe and proper growth.
